The 6302 Folder/Inserter

The 6302 Series Inserters provide high productivity in a quiet, space-saving design.

The 6302-Standard 3 comes with three standard automatically adjusting feed stations. The 6302-Special 3 has two standard feeders and one special feeder that can be adjusted for glossy and thicker stock. Insert feeders accommodate up to 325 sheets each, and the envelope hopper holds up to 325 envelopes.

A new full-color touchscreen control panel, combined with 20 programmable jobs, provides efficient and hassle-free operation. The 6302 is powerful enough to fold up to 6 pages in tri-fold and up to 8 pages in half-fold modes. Its versatility allows for processing forms of various lengths and thickness all at the same time, up to 3,500 per hour and up to 40,000 pieces per month. The exclusive AutoSetTM feature makes processing forms a snap by sensing and automatically setting the paper length, paper thickness, fold type, envelope size and double document detection.

Flexible

The 6302 Series is available in two models to meet your specific processing needs. A variety of documents up to 14” in length, including checks, invoices, newsletters and reply envelopes can be inserted in almost any configuration. The 6302-Special 3 has a special feeder that allows for the insertion of glossy and thicker documents as well. An optional conveyor, high-capacity production feeder or side exit tray can be added to increase operator productivity.

Powerful

The 6302 Series processes at a rate of up to 3,500 pieces per hour and can handle up to 325 sheets in each feeder. Feeders can be filled on-the-fly allowing for continuous operation. The cascade mode maximizes output by connecting multiple feeders filled with the same documents. When one feeder empties, the next automatically starts feeding, for a total hopper capacity of up to 975 sheets. The enhanced folding system folds and inserts up 6 pages in tri-fold and up to 8 pages in half-fold.
