In addition, the option of linking highly accurate weighing platforms to the systems ensures the correct postage every time. A single, user interface control panel, with PC quality display and a QWERTY keypad, makes these systems much easier to use than old style machines. Differential weighing Weighing platforms up to 35kg are available for heavier parcels providing accurate electronic weighing, saving up to 20% on postage costs. In addition, with our differential weighing technology, batches of mixed weight mail and parcels can be placed on the platform and the systems will calculate the value of each item when removed saving the operator a significant amount of time. Streamlined processing - automatically feeds, seals, franks and stacks up to 135 envelopes per minute. No jams, crushed or torn envelopes - the self aligning roller feed system keeps envelopes straight all the way through the machine, reducing stoppages and ensuring a perfect professional print finish. The drop down deck adjusts the gap between the rollers and the print/seal mechanisms to prevent envelopes from crushing. Easy to use - all controls are fully integrated on one clear control panel with user-friendly instructions to guide the operator through each stage of processing mail. The control panel swivels so that it can be seen from all operation angles. It easily detaches for connection to a phone line if required.
