'Intelligent' franking management

The DP41 is a total postal management station. With the facility for many accounts and sub-accounts, it allows comprehensive accounting analyses of postal expenditure. At any time, the DP41 can print a postal summary which shows the overall franking amount for the current month and the previous month as well as the totals for a specific account. Connected to a printer, it can also print out full accounting or statistical reports: statements and totals of postal expenditure per type of package, account, department, weight, etc.

The availability of peripherals such as an integrated weighing tray, automatic label dispenser and envelope feeder-sealer enables the DP41 not only to simplify mail processing, but also handle large volumes of mail very quickly.
