Royal Mail Decertification Programme
Royal Mail have announced they are moving all customers to the latest Mailmark system. In some cases this will involve the replacement of the machine.
We still have a limited supply of the subsidised machines needed to meet the new upgraded standards from January 2023. To take advantage of one of these please contact us without delay.

In the UK Royal Mail have recently announced that all franking customers who have yet to upgrade to the newest Mailmark postage systems giving additional postal discounts and improved service levels, will be using use the newer standard by 2023.
IRoyal Mail have confirmed that customers can no longer use non Mailmark meters after the end of 2022 and no longer add credit after the end of October 2022. Attempting to add additional postage to your machine will now generate an error code. Use our contact form or email service@franking.com for us to help resolving this for you. Any post sent without a barcode after 1 January 2023 will be returned so if you have any queries or worries please contact us without delay.

Royal Mail Tariff Changes 2024
Prices for sending a 1st Class Letter will start from £1.35 and a 2nd Class Letter from 85p with Royal Mail. Or only £1.06 or 69p with a machine.
